Mr. Kazykhanov (Kazakhstan) (spoke in Russian): I have the honour to speak on behalf of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) to honour the memory of Saparmurat Niyazov, President of Turkmenistan, who, to our deep grief, passed away on 21 December 2006.
